Breedlove parlor guitar
I was at Guitar Center the other day and came across a Breedlove Cascade Series parlor guitar... solid cedar top with rosewood b/s. It was equipped with LR Baggs electronics. For being such a small bodied guitar I was really impressed with volume (unplugged). It had very nice tone and playablity. It was as light as a feather. I didn't try it amplified.
I attempted looking it up on their website but they don't list a parlor guitar in any of the series I looked at. Kind of strange. The new website is set up nicely, but it bothers me that Breedlove never seems comfortable in their own skin. Every time you turn around product lines are discontinued or renamed, made in Korea one week, made in America the next ... Now this one is on display in a store but you can't even find it on their site. Very perplexing!
Are they just trying to keep me confused? If that's their aim, they're working at it way too hard.

I believe that the Parlor is there newest edition. They just presented it at this years Namm show. You can look it up on You Tube. I agree with you though, there instruments on there web sites are always way behind. It's like they dont up date it very often.

Still believing in the Tooth Fairy!
So, GtrBill...,
Did Guitar Center have a price on that new parlor? On a thread in another section of this forum, we had been guessing it could range from $1000 to $2500. I am hoping for something closer to 1/10th of that as that is the amount I am authorized to spend without pre-approval from my Secretary of Treasury!!! But then again, you have to keep in mind, I still believe in the Tooth Fairy!

Re: Breedlove parlor guitar
IF I remember correctly (and that's a capital IF), it was $1499 or $1599. I looked at a few guitars that day without any intention of buying anything so I didn't pay too much attention to price. It was a darn nice guitar!
