New member and first Breedlove!

Hi - New forum member and first Breedlove guitar! I just bought an Oregon OM/SMYe - incredible guitar! Does Breedlove have authorized repair folks, like Martin? The action is a bit too high on the upper frets. The delaer said they would gladly look at it but I want to have a back-up just in case. I'm not sure if it's the truss rod or the saddle is too high - I just play them, I never mess with them!

Welcome to TSS sampost51.  Doesn't sound like the saddle is too high but the nut.  Messin with them is half the fun.  Hopefully where you bought the guitar has a luthier on staff or one that visits.  Give em a call.  A basic setup should be part of your purchase, if not go somewhere else.  My $.02 worth.

Thanks - I did take it back to the shop,  they did an adjustment (nut and a truss rod tweak) all is good! Plays and sounds great
