A twelve string CM. Ridiculously priced, but thats a different story. Anybody ever see one of these before?

Think that's the first CM I've seen in a twelve, and I still love the body style!

Nope. First time I've seen one. Wonder how much without the (mentioned) dings on it.
This brings to mind a question. For many years I played a 12-er exclusively. It was a Guild F-412. Big guitar, big sound, there were no bad seats in the audience with that guitar. But, it had a rather hefty neck that I became accustomed to. I've yet to go out and play other 12 string guitars. If anyone has any experience playing a Guild, how does the Breedlove neck compare to it?

Thinner. The Guild 12's seem as big as a neck can possibly get to me. The Breedloves, if I recall correctly, are near a normal Masterclass neck. 1 and 3/4 inch nut width. Normal radius and profile as far as I could detect. But those Guilds are where it's at baby. Big, heavy and full of huge sound. Neck profile feels like a watermelon! Love it but couldn't hold it, too big too heavy for this little man and his messed up shoulder.
Re: Never saw one of these before.......................................
Thanks, Omegaman. I was afraid the Breedlove neck would be slimmer. I have gorilla hands, or at least that's my nickname at work, so the Guild was not difficult for me. My concern is string spacing on a 1-3/4 board will cause me much muting with these fence-post-blunt fingertips. The Guild's spacing was ideal.

I don't mess with 12's normally, so I can't be much help. My Guild D25's neck is similar to the D18 Martin I used to have, made in 1974. Every Breedlove neck I've fondeled felt more like an easy play electric, relatively(like the 59[?] Strat I once tried out or Ovation's necks, with better bodies)

We love the twelves here and No I have never seen another CM twelver before. But eight grand? Nice find Tele. So now I have to ask Tele. Do you have some kind of tool to do searches in other cities on CL? or do you just do it the old fashioned hard way city by city?

Tom- I use http://www.allofcraigs.com/ It sometimes shows listings that have expired or been removed, but it sure is easier than city by city.
